We use the contact and request details you provide to answer enquiries and coordinate accommodation visits. Registered accounts also keep profile, saved-home, message and booking-request records. Staff access follows their role and assigned responsibilities.

Essential cookies support security, sessions and your cookie preference. Optional device continuity and analytics depend on your choices. Device identifiers are not proof of a person's identity. IP-derived city or region information is approximate; it is not GPS. We do not promise exact device locations.

Use account privacy tools or contact support to ask about access, correction, export or deletion. Some operational or financial records may need limited retention; production retention periods and legal contact details must be reviewed before launch. No private identity document is intended for the public image bucket.

Use Kiimbu support for help. Read the current agreement directory for the latest published versions. Future reviewed wording will be published as a new version; earlier acceptance receipts keep their original version.
