Submitting an enquiry asks the Kiimbu team to contact you. Email verification helps confirm the request's contact address; it does not confirm a room booking. The team may assign a campus representative to coordinate an agreed visit.

Confirm time, meeting point, the property to be shown and any accessibility needs. A completed visit does not oblige you to rent. Review the exact room, current terms and property-specific documents before making a commitment.

Use Kiimbu support for help. Read the current agreement directory for the latest published versions. Future reviewed wording will be published as a new version; earlier acceptance receipts keep their original version.
