This is a checklist, not an executed rent agreement. A final property-specific document should identify the actual parties and premises, room or bed, dates, rent, deposit, included services, additional charges, notice, cancellation, maintenance and move-out arrangements.

Both parties must review the actual wording and applicable requirements. No electronic acceptance of this checklist creates a tenancy, records a deposit payment or replaces the property-specific agreement.
