Provide current contact details so the team can help arrange enquiries and visits. Check the property's rent, deposit, inclusions, house rules, availability and cancellation conditions before deciding. A saved home, visit checklist or submitted request does not reserve a room.

Be respectful during visits, confirm the meeting arrangements and tell the team if you cannot attend. Campus representatives may receive the details necessary for an assigned visit. Coordinate questions with Kiimbu support rather than treating a stock or illustrative photo as proof of a property's condition.

Questions and updates

Use Kiimbu support for help. Read the current agreement directory for the latest published versions. Future reviewed wording will be published as a new version; earlier acceptance receipts keep their original version.
